- Get into two groups.
- Within a time limit, each group is to plan a new world. This world can include a form of government, key rules and principles of the world, etc.
- Ask the groups to present their new worlds.
- Ask questions after each group’s presentation: Why did they choose this particular form of government? What kind of society will this lead to? Can any of their ideas be implemented into our society? What needs to change? Etc.
Notes: The objective is to allow participants to explore new possibilities and dare to show their ideas to the group. Once the time is up, they have to immediately present.
Example: A new world could be imagined as a perfect society, an animal world, the discovery of life on another planet, etc.
