072 – Me and My Body

  1. Develop 5 movements each, using different parts of your body to represent aspects of your life. 
  2. Prompts: what represents your thoughts (head), passions, loves and dreams (heart), what weighs you down (shoulders), what is behind you (back), what moves you forward (feet)?
  3. Share your movements. Select 2-3 movements per body part (ending up with 10-15 separate movements,).
